Terms of Service

1. Non-employment

No trainee is an employee, worker or agent of InfoSmashers or any host site. No wages, benefits or employment rights arise.

2. Observational trainee scope and liability

Trainees observe only and act under supervision. Trainees are responsible for their own conduct; InfoSmashers and host sites limit liability to the extent permitted by law.

3. Fees and referrals

Seat fees are payable before commencement. Referral codes are single-use per order and non-transferable.

4. Confidentiality

Patient and health-data confidentiality is mandatory. Misuse of any platform or electronic system is subject to PECA 2016.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan; courts at Faisalabad have jurisdiction.
