2. Use and disclosure

Data is used to deliver programmes, verify credentials and match candidates with employers. Verification pages show only the fields necessary to confirm a credential.

3. Health data and patient records

Trainees must not access, copy, photograph or disclose patient records or health data at host sites. Breaches may result in removal from the programme and legal action.

4. Legal basis and PECA 2016

We handle data in line with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and other applicable laws, and take reasonable steps against unauthorised access.

5. Your rights
