Our Clinical Pharmacy Rotation runs for 8 weeks, five days a week, in the afternoon so trainees can attend university classes in the morning.

Early weeks focus on drug familiarization and safe dispensing under close supervision. By weeks four and five, trainees move into evening medication rounds, discharge reconciliation and de-identified chart audits — timed deliberately to fit when hospital pharmacy activity is busiest in the afternoon shift.

Every trainee keeps a structured logbook, signed off daily by their on-site preceptor, and completes a final viva before their rotation is marked as verified.
